Stop reading out the same listings twenty times a day.
The agent knows your inventory, answers about a specific property and books the viewing. And when nothing fits, it says so instead of showing whatever is closest.
The data comes from your inventory, not from the model’s imagination
When the agent lists properties on WhatsApp, that list comes straight out of your database. The model does not write it: it is assembled from the fields you uploaded, so it cannot invent an extra bedroom or a price that does not exist.
- Up to five properties per reply, capped at 900 characters: something you can read on a phone, not a wall of text.
- Filters by area, bedrooms, price and whether it is for sale or to rent, from whatever the customer says in plain words.
Loading your inventory is not a project
Import from CSV or Excel. The importer is forgiving about the Spanish column headings the trade actually uses in Spain and Latin America — «referencia», «id», «codigo» or «ref»; «alcobas», «cuartos» or «hab»; «barrio» or «sector»; «area», «metros» or «m2»; «link» or «enlace».
The import is idempotent: each property is unique by its reference within your business, so re-uploading the file updates rather than duplicates.
When there is nothing, it says so
If the search comes back empty, the reply is neither silence nor a property that does not fit: the agent admits it has nothing matching right now and offers to widen the search.
With the rules written down before they are needed
The estate-agency agent is forbidden to discriminate on origin, nationality, religion, gender, age, disability or family situation. That is written into the industry script, not left to the model’s judgement on each call.
Walled off by design
No property search can run without your business identifier: the code fails outright if anyone tries. Your inventory never crosses with anyone else’s.
And the dashboard adapts: the properties section only appears for businesses in real estate.
What it does not do yet
So the demo holds no surprises:
- It does not connect to property portals or to an external CRM yet: inventory is loaded by file and contact records live in Vondia’s CRM.
- It does not warm-transfer the call to an agent; it leaves the context so someone can call back.
- It does not sign or handle paperwork: it goes as far as a booked viewing and a created contact record.
What people ask us.
Do I have to restructure my inventory somehow?
No. You upload the CSV or Excel you already have and the importer recognizes the column names the industry actually uses.
What if I update prices every week?
Upload the file again. Because each property is unique by its reference, it updates instead of duplicating.
Can the agent book the viewing?
Yes, checking first that the slot is really open, and the appointment is linked to the contact record.
