The channel your customers actually use.
It connects through Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API. Your business keeps its number and you keep control of what the agent is allowed to say.
It comes in through the front door
The connection is made with Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API. No unofficial sessions that drop and leave you without a channel.
The dashboard has a guided assistant for linking the business number with its own Meta credentials.
Your credentials, encrypted and out of sight
Each business’s WhatsApp token is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never reaches the browser: the dashboard shows only the last four characters.
It understands what people send
Text and voice notes. Audio gets transcribed, and when it cannot be transcribed the agent says so honestly instead of answering something at random.
It replies from what is written in your knowledge base — the same one the phone agent and your web chat use.
Every business walled off from the rest
A message arriving on one company’s number is never delivered to another. It is the most heavily tested rule in the system, because it is the one that can never fail.
And if the business does not have an active plan, its WhatsApp does not answer: the system stays quiet and never touches your credentials.
Meta’s rules, said plainly
Outside the 24-hour window Meta sets, a business can only write first again with a Meta-approved template. That is not a Vondia limitation — it is how WhatsApp works, and we would rather you know before you sign.
Vondia’s legal entity, TECH BRAIN SOLUTION SAS, passed Meta’s business verification on 31 August 2026.
What we are still testing
Named plainly, so you know where you are standing:
- Sending messages to real customers is built and passes our own testing, but we have not yet verified it end to end with a customer in production.
- Connecting a number through the dashboard assistant has not been done with a real number either: until it has, we handle the first connection with you.
- Managing Meta-approved templates is done with our help today, not self-service.
What people ask us.
Do I lose my number or my history?
No. The whole point is that your business keeps the number it has and your customers keep writing to the same place.
Who pays Meta?
Vondia does. Customers never get invoices from messaging providers: their bill is their plan plus any usage above it, and nothing else.
Can someone on my team reply over the agent?
Yes. When a person from the business answers from their own app, the agent steps out of that conversation instead of talking over them.
